@HeyNameDoesntFi As the game is "team focused" I'd say the JM or player that's run off Rambo-ing. If the teammates make it clear they don't wanna go somewhere and you go anyway then it's on you.

@hayhor said you have to stick together but far enough apart to account for loot per player. It's finding that middle ground that just doesn't seem to happen with most randoms. I prefer landing a bit away from the team (for loot reasons) and then circling straight back to them. Tho these days I'm a lootgoblin so I've gotta go fast.
