Permanent Ban for "Gameplay Enhancement"

My Account got unbanned and banned a day after for the same reason. The thing is I don't even know what's causing it.  I don't know if I have an app that might be causing  a false-positive and the most frustrating part is that they wont even tell you anything. Like ok you unbanned my account but what is causing it to be banned in the first place? and then boom 1 day later banned again. I'm a Predator player with 3k hours into the game. I also logged into my second account and it was insta banned in the firing range. After years of dealing with cheaters and wanting them to fix their Anti-cheat now I got banned. I also notice an influx of people on the forums talking about the same exact issue and there seems to not be getting any attention by EA.
