ALSO, if someone on controller could you guys do me a favor and go to firing range and stand in front of a dummy and do a 360 and check if the screen stops when the cursor crosses other dummies. i have made a small clip of it.

Actually, the build year of your home might also be a factor. Specifically, newer houses are build with better wiring / glass fiber.
Inter-continental connections are generally the same for everyone.
Other factors would be your IP or your regional goverment's will to invest in infrastructure.

this is what we all here are talking about, WHY is the ping different when you enter the lobby? why does it connect you to far servers??
i am okay with higher pings but these higher pings have literally broken my aim assist as i play controller on pc. THERE IS LITERALLY 0 aim assist.
