I was showing my brother that I just got heirloom shards out of a crate and he bought the octane heirloom when I wanted the wraith one since I never use octane and wraith is my main. It would be great if we could refund a heirloom once for shards to get a heirloom that we actually want.

it would be nice to get 1 refund for all players, personally i got a bloodhound heirloom which i like but i dont really use her, used to main caustic so would have gotten his heirloom if i could have but couldnt either waywhen i got the bloodhound heirloom i just got it i didnt have a choice which character i got it for, that said i am waiting for fuse's heirloom so it wont be a while till i need heirloom shards

@xdJamyBamy I understand your frustration with this but you see, this is a difficult system to implement.

Certain people would try and abuse this system if it was in place.

What I mean by this, if someone for example was a diehard Wraith main and bought Wraiths heirloom then decided that they wanted to change main and move to Lifeline they could quite easily ask for a refund and say that they was never meant to buy this Heirloom.

I get why you are frustrated and it must be annoying. Octane's is one of the better ones though and he is such a great legend to play with.

@rockyboy1998 everything is already invented. LoL has a good system to refund items. Moreover their support is loyal and sometimes can refund even without spending tokens.
Also they can rollback your account in case of being hacked. Again it is not the case for APEX for example.
Would be good if EA could implement it as well, although would be nice just to have the game less bugged and a better servers uptime.

@xdJamyBamyJust don’t let your brother on your account. Disown him or make him pay for new heirloom.
Unfortunately, now you’re stuck with that heirloom.
This is a life’s lesson: never show anyone anything good of yours in life. It’ll get taken. A girlfriend, jewelry, accomplishments, heirlooms... 50% of your wealth...

@rockyboy1998 sure, but the feature is not complicated to implement in case of having a proper database structure.
