No sh*t the reason is profit, but what i mean is they dont have any good reason to charge people more money when they gain more from those events. And like i said my circle of friends all pay so many for those events. so they cant be the only ones
@xXHalo8GeniuSXx You're basically giving the response to your own counter argument though that's the thing. More money is a good enough reason for a business.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not defending these tactics, however as long as people buy into said tactics developers will continue to use them. x.x
I've spent plenty of cash on this game in the past also, but when it doesn't feel like it's being invested back into the game I don't really see the point in making further purchases.

I dont think more money is a good reason, it's a business mentality and we all know that ea is all about business and not about community. So i feel like apex is running out of motivation, every event and season feels the same. And they always remake a curent map with a few twists and call that a new season map.

And dont you have any complains about this system then? Because im realy not feeling Apex anymore if they keep the crafting materials at 2400 for a single legendary.
- 5 years ago@xXHalo8GeniuSXx Wait 2400 for single legendary? xD when did this happen.

I want to mention an angle I haven't seen posted in this thread. Whenever there are complaints about something costing too much, the argumant always comes out that "if they sell it for x% less, they would make more money!"
On the face of it, this argument makes great logical sense, and I have made it myself in the past. But here's the thing. We're talking about the resources of a huge company here. I don't feel like looking up EA's net worth, but we know it's very big. A company like EA spends a LOT money on marketing research. If that research told them they could make more money by charging half the price for skins, they would do it so fast your neck would snap.
