Edit: You may want to re-examine your definition of patently false, however. What you are saying is you believe Respawn over the anonymous poster. That's doesn't mean the anonymous poster in that article is making a 'patent falsehood'. You're picking the side you believe. And I'm not blaming you for that either, but that's a belief of an opinion when the truth is, you wouldn't necessarily know unless you worked there.
And let's not fool ourselves, overworked developers is a problem in the industry, so I pretty much think I'd take any defense with a grain of salt.

You have caught me red handed, my friend. I have heard this "fact" tossed around enough that I didn't question it and just grabbed a quick link without a good proper look first. I didn't realize that this was a disputable fact.
@pandareno1999 lol! To be fair, I kind of think there wouldn't be such a strong response either if Respawn really wanted to lie about it. I mean, I for sure actually hope you are 100% correct because, seriously, game industry burnout is bad and unfair. Very unfair.
