We are unable to assist with BAN disputes or provide information on Answers HQ. You will want to fill out this online forum to reach out to our TOS team for further assistance. If you have already submitted a dispute and our TOS team has denied appealing a BAN we would be unable to offer additional assistance with removing a BAN on Answers HQ or through our support teams.

So you are indicating that there will be no further solutions towards my case as I had disputed twice?

Will there be any exceptions or further research that could be made to prove my innocence? Come one I literally have no clue about what to say of the case, imagine someone stole your account and made it banned, what will your feelings be like? I’m fully aware that you ea guys follow relevant sanctions about bans, but my innocence should be testified and paid back! That game was my entire college life! Please offer me a appropriate answer.
