Stop making “Fortified” legends. Same size legends is the only way to have a fair and balance game.

@Cro_PitttCan't remember if low profile was 10% or 15%. Either one would be fine. Even 5%. Would love too see lobbies that were not more then half wraiths and octanes when everyone rage quits playing wraith because of 5%.
@chrisragnar Low profile was 5% and it had very little actual effect on gameplay. The fortified 15% actually makes an impact.
