I have a vague memory of... Playstation, was it? ... or was it some specific game like Call of Duty? ... that "banned" these devices. Never heard anything about it after the initial announcement. Which makes me think their detection maybe didn't work as accurately as they thought and maybe they had to back off the claim. Or, who knows, maybe it worked perfectly and that game is now Xim-free. Anybody know?
