I am currently playing Alter and i have been having a lot of fun. The only thing that annoys me about playing Alter is that my teammates rarely use the void nexus and instead of being able to revive or regroup with my teammates safely, i have to run around searching for a replicator simply because teammates dont know or care to know what Alter allows with her abilities https://tutuapp.uno/ .
@ethopwa I assume a lot of players just don't think about what she can do and won't until they get used to her. Also... I've never used her Ult as a teammate so how does it work? Can I just turn to where you started the Ult and use it or do I have to run to the End point that you just dropped a moment ago? I don't even know how to use it so there's no chance I'll play around her correctly right now.
@HappyHourSumwurIf you know when the fight is not going well you can tell when you should start trying to create separation to use it. It's worse than when players who need health don't take Lifeline's drone.
I've also had this problem of players not knowing when to pull out of a fight & escape. Not just as Alter but in general. But yes it's very annoying when tms don't use the ult & then die. Alter is 1 of those characters that probably works best in a good 3 stack where there's perfect communication/coordination. She's a decent Solo Legend also. But from a team standpoint you have to be on the same page with everyone to really use her which if you're solo queuing, is a rarity. And again I feel like she's underwhelming as a whole.
