POI Drop Zone Assignment error

EA at its finest, am I right? And hey, a Polish community? First time hearing about this. I'm Polish myself so you'd think I'd know.

I'm trying to organize a tournament in ALGS mode, but the teams are landing in random spots, and the guide I received for setting up an ALGS-style game doesn’t seem to be working. Is the only issue that players are not landing in the designated spots? If so, then you just have to be removing/ banning people; I know it can be a little devastating for a smaller community but the rules have to be followed, and if you don't adhere to them, then there is not place for you. 

To clarify, I am not telling you to remove people from your server, just remove them from the list for ALGS style games.

In ALGS mode, you have the option to assign a POI (e.g., squad name Dream + POI) like Dream @2. This means the plane should drop your team at the designated location on the map. However, when I set it up according to the rules, it doesn't work, and players are dropped randomly in other locations. The players have no control over this.

Ah, I see, so it's not up to the player, but up to the game system distribution itself. In this case, the only way is to file a complaint ticket to EA outlining that the given instructions are misleading and the game does not function the way it is intended to. 

Also, it is worth giving it a shot and asking EA_Mako​ for possible solutions.
