I pre-ordered Apex Physical Bloodhound Edition at Fnac.com
So I tried to use the download code in Playstore and it tells me that my code is inactive or that it is incorrect or used.
I don't know if it is because I have to wait October 18th or that I just got scammed..
I guess I'll wait to see
Community Admin@Saggitariuus What error message do you get when you try to consume the code? Was the box itself delivered with the code inside, or did you get the code in an email?
Edit: I'm hearing the codes may not be active yet. I'd still be interested in the error you get thoguh.
Community AdminHey, I just got an update. Maybe it won't be necessary to wait until the 18th, but it appears the PS4 codes aren't redeemable yet.
Hey, I pre-ordered the Apex Physical Lifeline Edition from Fnac and just received it this morning.
Tried to use the download code like you, and got the same error message. So I'm guessing the Playstation codes are still not redeemable yet.

I have the box delivered with the code inside, and my error code is WC-40371-5
When I try the code on PS4 it tells me "The code may be incorrect or expired"
When I try it on pc it tells me that code is inactive.
Some people already got access to the digit code on PC
I have the same issue with PS4 Lifeline edition code. I have to game disc and case which the code came in but receive an error message when I try to redeem it.
Doesn't anybody read replies here? It was mentioned. They're NOT redeemable yet.
