Prestige 300+ - 5 Battle Passes - 90 purchase packs - all Events = No Heirloom

Hey all, Was just wondering, is it possible that the pity of my 500 packs for an Heirloom is glitched? I have done 5 Battle P's - All events in between and purchased over 90 packs being Prestige 3...

That's already a lot of packs opened!
I can guarantee you that the system isn't broken, the one time it was, it was directly patched.

Just to make sure you understand the heirloom system.
Every pack you open has a really small chance to receive 500 heirloom shards.
On the 500th pack, you have a guaranteed chance to get the 500 heirloom shards out of that back.

I don't know what kind of packs you opened or bought, so the number might be off a bit but you can track how close you are with this website:

@Zeelmaekers that is reassuring.. I thought I may be one of the unlucky few that fell into the abyss system. Oh well, I suppose there is no much to do but wait.

I did try a calculator but I found it hard to remember everything at the time, I will try this again though, thank you very much!

  @StaticBreed I am prestige 2 (green) ~200 levels in. I have bought around 200 packs if not more, I have gotten 9 battle passes, and completed almost every prize tracker since season 8. I have gotten one heirloom “naturally” (forced it with packs) I would say that you are about 100-200 packs out, at about 30 packs per season, you might have an heirloom around season 23 if you don’t spend money, but spend another 1000 hours.
