Pretty upset how Heirlooms work

I've been spending money over time to you guys ever since the game came out in the hope that I would eventually get the Wraith kunai heirloom or even the Bloodhound one. But no, I got this incomplete...

@Skyrajj I am about to spend like 500$ on packs to try and get the wraith heirloom set but now I’m scared weather I will get it especially now with the pathfinder and lifeline it’s only like a 25% chance and I wonder if I should try to push my luck or not

    This game is being neglected and ignored by it's devs. Like you already said, your odds are very very slim. And you're definitely not going to drop 2K on packs for a game with the shelf life of a bottle of milk.

    You'll regret it.
