Problems with getting unbanned

I want to know if anyone has gone through a similar situation. 

A couple months ago my email got hacked and I lost a bunch of gaming related accounts. I joined origin in 2013 and have had the same email since i opened my account with no cheating on any game. After my account got hacked my account got banned a few days later. I found out that when my account got hacked they also started cheating on it. I got help from the EA team to recover my account in which they said they could see my account had been hacked and helped me recover it. Afterwards i was told to appeal the ban but it was never lifted. After appealing multiple times nothing has happened. It feels like there are only bots replying and now i'm left on ignore. I want to know if this is the standard experience for others since i'm left with a very sour taste after the experience. 

TLDR - Account got hacked and then banned. Appeals do nothing to get unbanned.

    Those emails are not getting glossed over. When a dispute is submitted, a human from ToS investigates the account. If they can't find any evidence the ban was given in error, it will remain in place.

    That's entirely my point, they don't directly contact anyone to find out or discuss any details about the situation. I don't know what happened while my account was hacked and now I just need to accept the result as final? There needs to be other ways to deal with these situations other than "We decided you don't deserve to be unbanned" when I personally 1000% never cheated. I don't know what other details they would have needed within those 3 appeals that could have helped overturn it. I explained the full situation and they deemed it to be not enough. It's a totally one sided argument that makes it feel like they are against you. The only replies given feel like a huge middle finger saying deal with it because we don't care enough. No matter where I go to get actual solutions they all say do this one thing and if that doesn't work then you're screwed.

    It sounds like you were given the reason of cheating for the ban. We don't provide greater detail, unfortunately.

  • You should be providing details and clarity, it's people's money and time that are being squandered by the way this team handles appeals.

    The ToS team does a thorough investigation. After 3 of these, they are confident the right decision was made. I'm very sorry to say, there is nothing else we can do for you. The ban will not be lifted.

    Then that's me done with any EA games, support is clearly not good enough. I had to play on the Asian servers where it is absolutely rife with hackers then this BS happens. Good job!

  • They're clearly not thorough, I have no confidence in them at this point and I don't believe the proper care has been taken with my appeals. You can say they take care and do proper thorough investigations but if they did I wouldn't have this situation. Bye.
