Process of Account Being Unbanned
Hello all,
Most recently on October 8-2020, my account for apex legends got banned. in the email that was sent, it was said that i was cheating or exploiting a glitch. Ive recently challenged the banning because i have never once exploited or cheated in the game. I genuinely love the game and would never do anything of the sort.
the only thing i can possibly think of was when i was soloing a regular non ranked game and i joined a duo who were exploiting the sentinel auto fire glitch. at the time i had no idea that this was a thing and was baffled about it. i did ask them about it because i was genuinely confused on what they were doing but i myself never took part in the exploit. also me being a dumby, i didnt think anything about it at the time.
my main question is:
- is there a way to actually talk to one of the advisor and explain myside of the story
- how long does it normally take. i see it says 72 hours but is there anything else i can be doing to help speed the process
- is there anything that i can help provide to ensure that my account is unbanned.
- if my account is still banned, is there any other process i can do to challenge it other than just making another case ticket.
ive spent alot of time and money on this game and i would hate for it to just all disappear because of a misunderstanding. i really am worried and stressed out about this and any information that can help me would be much appreciated.

@dunnskiesssYour best bet is to contact the EA TOS department, you can do that at the link below. AHQ can’t do much more for you with regards to the ban. I don’t believe any of us have access to the information regarding the ban.
I would file an appeal and explain the situation. It might take a while to get a response. Good luck on the appeal, I hope they can help you fet things sorted out.
