This started happening to me just today. Xbox Series X. 
I've deleted saved data for Apex
I've cleared alternate wired MAC address

Force stopped Apex and did a full reboot of the Xbox.

And just as I posted this, while sitting on the Apex [retry] screen, retry worked. My issue is resolved, but not immediately after any of the above mitigations.

I was pred before the glitch and was reset to rookie 4. So i got off. I just restarted my game now a couple hours later and I'm at Plat4... they didn't even put me back were I was..... 😡 and of course you can't get a response or any help

I thought I was tripping bro they only set me back to plat 4 as well
