My issues with Apex

Hi my name is Nasir A Pierce/Nąşõka but in the game the k doesn’t show in my name display but I filling a huge complaint with Apex because for quite awhile on my switch I’m having Log in issues when I enter the game it would kick me back in the lobby every time  try logging in I always get error codes/ authentication error codes/ code:leaf/ code:snake and error code 10000 everyday when playing your game and I’m always lagging, pinging and crashing during matches every sec right before it starts, in the middle and at the end of each match I would lag, ping and freeze super fast and hard every second when I’m in a match  when I’m playing unranked/ wildcard/ and ranked matches and the connection is so bad on the switch that it messes with my Wi-Fi where at times that I can’t reconnect my internet to my Nintendo switch can you please fix the servers because I don’t know what else to do besides report this problem
