There are so much quitting now and no penalty or reason to stay with the team.
Players even grief quit to not give kills to teams. The classic Wraith Q- to - Quit. You chase and its fun to only find the sad box at the end of the trail. Makes the game very uninteresting and depressing to be honest.
And theres players that quit when others quit. Its such a mess of a game system.
Thats why i stick to ranked; there people cannot quit without consequences. Also matchmaking seems to be more even, despite all its flaws.
In rare cases when i decide to play pubs i usually ask "Who is gonna quit after being knocked down?"
They all know how it looks so its better to know earlier. 🤔

As someone who's been soloing Ranked most of this season, this is a false statement lol.
