@EdwardDLuffy I'm okay with this. If they don't want this another alternative is introducing a "quitters queue" where they'll be teamed up with other quitters and they'll have to play a set amount of games where they don't quit in order to get out of said queue. This way everyone wins. Players who like to play the game out will get teammates that finishes the game too(most of the time) and the quitters will get to play how they want.
@hayhor and @EdwardDLuffy I really think it's hard to introduce a real penalty system. Yes, like hayhor says though, I do believe you shouldn't get rewards for games you quit early. And making you not get registered stats would also be a good idea, like if you quit early, your damage, kills, etc don't get recorded. Not even a penalty but just keep those rewards away that skew things. If you want thing to count, you should have to stick around until you are grayed out, or 2:30 passes after you are picked up (and that needs some sort of alert too, like a 'you can leave now if you want' sort of thing)
