@OnclePicsmurf says you. I don't just go by what the "pros" do. I watch regular people play and see what I see. The r301 is not balanced. If people would read my description you can see it's literally good in any situation that's not balanced. Every gun has some flaw. Even the rampage and spitfire are balanced because yea close range the hipfire gets smaller but the rampage is slow, while the spitfire long/medium range takes more skill to handle.
By the way I want to be clear for everyone what I mean by long range and med and short range. It is in respect to the gun that is the topic. Example would be long range for car or volt would be like medium range for r301 or flatline.

@OnclePicsmurfSo far everything your saying has nothing to be backed up. You're just insulting me. While the rest of us are conversing. I've given explanations in my first post. Can you tell me how those things are wrong? Are you saying the r301 is not the only weapon that can be used all around? Are you saying the r301 hipfire is not as good as an smg? Are you saying it can't crack people easy and knock if they are low on hp? Do you have any counter argument?
R301 is better than R99. It has less recoil, fast RoF, and more diversity.

I just want to say I appreciate all of your opinions and am glad I'm getting responses. However, I would like it if you could please note ALL of my points in original post and try to counter them instead of saying you don't think it should and just leave it at that.
