After the wingman nerf and the use of it being too obvious cheaters are staring to turn to other weapons. The R99 and R304 are now popular with them for some reasons. Got to say, being snipe by them from 200m+ away is not fun

If you suspect a player of cheating, don't forget to report them using the in game report feature or by sending your report directly to EAC using this link.
More information was made available in a recent update about the progress being made against cheating:
The recently added in-game reporting tool has had a big impact on discovering new cheats, including previously undetectable cheats that are now being found automatically via EAC
Total bans are now at 770K players
We have blocked over 300K account creations
We have banned over 4,000 cheat seller accounts (spammers) in the last 20 days
Total affected matches on PC impacted by cheaters or spammers has been reduced by over half in the last month due to recent efforts

Isn't it odd that some people can be perfectly accurate with virtually no recoil from ranges outside it's optimal use?

Get sniped at 200m away with the R99 sounds like cheating. The R99 is in a good place, I'm curious what's the ONE weapon people want to play with when calling for all these nerfs.

Yep it is cheater's favourite weapon here in Asia.
What could be cooler to have a player downed by R99 from 200m in a sec ? It is cooler than R301, and it is relatively easier to get, as the only other alternative would be Prowler but then you need to find a Selectfire for this kind of cheating experience.

Perfectly accurate from over 200m away through smoke, bushes, or house windows with an R99? Give me a break! Often I can even see their shots tracking my teammates through covers and hearing it pinging off the wall that I'm hiding behind. As soon as I try to make a break for it "some people" would mowed me down with less than a magazine of lazer beam like fire.

As far as I know there isn't a cheat that can calculate bullet drop. So if you are being sniped with R99 changes of it being a aimbotter is none.

An aimbot is just that from any range. They absolutely can handle bullet drop.
Dont underestimate a purple r-99. It can laser ppl down with less than a full mag. Very easy to control also.
200m is a stretch obviously but a purple r-99 is a force to be reckoned with. In my experience the enemy’s drop faster than expected.

Sure, they can hit your toes from medium range but being legitimately good at aiming is better.
