Racist remarks.

When will EA take reports of racist remarks seriously.
I enjoy playing apex legends but I find that I run into racist individuals that have no fear using racist remarks because the report system isn’t enough to penalize them. Almost every other three game I play I run into a person who’s boastfully insulting with confidence. Something needs to be done.

If you haven't already, please don't hesitate to report those players through the appropriate channels so that our Terms of Service team can look into it. Unfortunately, we don't have the tools or records to investigate here on the forums, so we highly encourage you to submit those reports.

Don't listen to this moderator, he gets \$100 a month for pretending that the respawn developers listen to people who post on the forum. This person has no idea what he's saying, he has a template he's supposed to follow, and your post will go unnoticed. Respawn doesn't care about you or your racist comments. I recommend that you donate \$10,000 in one week, and maybe respawn will pay attention to you.

Hey Kramerakk understand the frustration but what you're saying is inaccurate.

Our team does care and so do we CMs, if we didn't we'd not be in threads like this doing everything we can to assist.

We take any breaches of the rules seriously, our team fully investigates all reports and takes action on users who break the rules every day.

There's an old saying that you catch more flies with honey, so while it's ok to be a little salty and annoyed, keep in mind that we CMs are here to help you so being constructive and kind is appreciated.
