When will EA take reports of racist remarks seriously.
I enjoy playing apex legends but I find that I run into racist individuals that have no fear using racist remarks because the report system isn’t enough to penalize them. Almost every other three game I play I run into a person who’s boastfully insulting with confidence. Something needs to be done.

I'm really sorry to hear that you've received such remarks in-game; you shouldn't be experiencing this, and such behaviour violates our User Agreement and Positive Play Charter. Thank you for letting us know.
If you haven't already, please don't hesitate to report those players through the appropriate channels so that our Terms of Service team can look into it. Unfortunately, we don't have the tools or records to investigate here on the forums, so we highly encourage you to submit those reports.
