Rage quitters

When playing trios, I hate when a teammate goes down and instantly leaves the game.  In my opinion, they should not be allowed to start another game until their team is eliminated.  Make them wait.  Rage quitters are ruining the gaming experience and there is no punishment for doing it.  But if they had to wait to start a new game they may stick around and wait to be respawned instead of quitting and instantly jumping into a new match.
