Rampart's getting a "spicy buff" which has me excited and scared

So if you haven't heard, Rampart's getting a "spicy buff" next season which is great because while she's a good legend, she could use more to her kit. The problem isn't the buff, but it's who's buffing her. 

the Klein guy who's in charge of buffing legends is what has me scared for her. It sometimes feels impossible to tell what the guy is thinking or going to do. Is he going to overbuff her to the point where the whole community will cry like toddlers till she gets gutted like caustic? Are they going to give her a full rework? (bad idea imo) is the "spicy buff" not as spicy as they think?

So many questions but I guess we'll never know until we see it for ourselves.

seeing that he did a decent job with valk gives me hope that they'll tune her right but then again, we'll have to wait and see.
