Rampart's getting a "spicy buff" which has me excited and scared

@BaldWraithSimpI think it's ok. Only issue I have is control lol. I think they could give it a tad more control to where it'll force people to take cover cuz I just used it today & squads are not scared of it for the most part like they would be of Bang or Gibby's ult.

@MandatoryIDtag  whoever gets offended at that little joke should never watch a Dave Chappelle stand up special lol.
