Random Apex Ban

I've been playing Apex since before season one in 2019, never have touched any hacks or anything like that, my account has 850+ hours. I recently decided to get back into the game, and after a day of playing, I received a lifetime ban. I've seen other people also get banned for no apparent reason. I'm so lost, and of course the ai chat bot can't help. I miss the days when ea chat would connect you to someone.

If anyone can help with this situation that'd be great.

    Update, I’m on my 5th appeal and same generic response. How is it this difficult to understand I didn’t hack or use any cheats. There’s not a single file like that on my PC. Yet I keep getting the same generic response, we have decided to uphold your ban. Can anyone help.

    ive had my second appeal denied, absolutely ridiculous customer service. I asked what u can provide to prove I’m not cheating and of course, ban is upheld message. Clearly the ToS team isn’t reading our messages in our appeals. This is frustrating.

    I have the same problem. Received a lifetime ban after I downgraded my AMD graphics card drivers due to a bug with the Storm Point map — on newer driver versions, launching the game on this map caused it to crash and close. Submit a dispute and got "the ban is correct."

    I was banned this morning for "gameplay enhancement" I understand the frustration.

    EA_Aljo​ I get that, but if the ToS team isn't able to provide any reasoning or proof that it happened, and just says correct decision, how am I supposed to appeal correctly. Seems like this system is broken not only for me but for many people in these forums.

    I'm sorry to say, we ToS is not available for discussing bans. This also is not handled by our advisors. The best I can suggest is to submit another dispute. Unfortunately, we don't have any assistance available for bans over the EA Forums.

    I have already submitted the claim, it was confirmed cheating? This is incredibly frustrating. I've never downloaded nor used a hack in my life. There was no proof given, merely, "the ban is correct." How does that make sense from a customer service standpoint. I've had the game for more than 6 years. I submitted another appeal, but this is super frustrating given, I came back to the game after not playing in a long time, and wanted to have fun. EA_Aljo​ Can I be connected to someone in customer service or ToS team, because ai bot is not helpful and there was not an explanation for the ban.

    Hi there. Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, we can't help with bans over the EA forums. You'll need to submit a dispute. There are instructions that in the article here. ToS will review the ban and let you know if it can be overturned or not.
