@Palette24caratsStuff generally looks good on "paper" ... for now its just hopium. I have a hard time believing that stuff, with all the history.
People not complaining since yesterday but years and what did they do ... make it worse and after that even more worse (S12+).
Hidden MMR always will fuel the speculation on Respawn manipulating the numbers to their liking to favor certain players or give disadvantages to others.
It has a reason why we call for transparency, which isnt met until today. Other games have the Skillrating visible to everyone and i dont hear of widespread abuse (which is the general excuse they tell you why they made it hidden ...) over there.
Also " further focus on playing the Battle Royal and playing as a team." -> removing octane would help a lot , 99% of the octanes i got in MM weren't teamplayers. And i get reminded every time the MM decides to give me one
@r1ggedgame The big difference is they listened to Pros for Rank 2.0 which are 0.01% of the player base. Of course it would end up being a disaster.
With this its like they finally listened to me the average player.
I agree the MMR should be visible. Could be at least a stat at the end of season. This is how you really know if you improved.
