@BIamBoozIeWatch a bronze to Master solo stream, you will notice that streamers just maul the lower rank lobbies(=pubs) playing super aggressive and ranking up very fast and then when they reach Diamond it becomes really slow. Know why? Harder opponents, so you can't really run around like it's pubs soloing squads, you are probably gonna be stuck in some rank depending on your skill level.
What rank are you again? From what you described about your teammates, it's probably silver or something. Shouldn't be too hard for a murder machine like you, silver/gold plays exactly like pubs and most of the enemies aren't that good tbh. As for teammates, it's a roll of dice.
@BaldWraithSimpI reached Diamond back in season 8, first time I ever decided to push ranked. Since then it's just pubs for me. Sure, the players are better at Diamond or above, but the mentality is the same. And you can still stomp players in higher ranks if the team is commited.
