Ranked is beyond broken, or is it only in Asia?

Typical diamond player, just got promoted and the amount of cheaters with new account seen (bronze) boosting their diamond friends to predator is insane! My thoughts about this is either increasing the level required to play rank or make it that bronze/silver can't play with diamond/predator. this need to be fixed asap instead of all the new content
