@Tad844 I got to Plat IV, almost Plat III but couldn’t get there. I have made Diamond solo for the past few seasons. I started this season late because I was moving and couldn’t play late in the split because of the input lag issue that happened on Xbox with the update.

I definitely could have made Diamond again if I was able to play the whole split I think. But the entry costs made it a bit harder. Masters and predators in plat lobbies are unprecedented so since I would get paired with level 200-300 golds that didn’t help. Plat really felt like Diamond this time around. I have won games in Diamond so it’s not like I was ever hard stuck Dia IV, but I don’t have a three stack atm so I never bothered trying to grind Diamond much, but it feels closer to those games right now in plat.

The high kill games were nice, being able to get almost 250 RP for a good winning game helped recover my losses but most of the time it was just too tough to go positive when your teammates aren’t always great AND you lose -51 to -49 if you manage to survive a hot drop but get thirded. And I play Wattson so I can’t always just dip out easily if things go bad
