We can't help with this over Answers HQ, but try opening a new case to get in touch with an advisor or use our Twitter (@EAHelp) or Facebook support (facebook.com/eahelphub). Do not resume the existing case as that will pull it from the queue and cause a further delay with getting a response. The advisor will look into this and let you know if anything can be done.
