You'll need to use a proper VPN as Korea is out of server area.
Once you have a proper VPN, just select a country in which ever region you wish to play on. Then install the game as you normally would. You'll most likely need to use the same country to continue to play on that install file.
The reason you need a proper VPN, is most free VPN's have a data limit, or speed limit.
Sell out VPNs (most free ones, and all American based one's) will also have networking errors attached to them, since they report back your proper GeoIP, so you will want to avoid those.
Also make sure using a VPN is legal in your area.
