Try turning on the show details option just to see framerate and ping. I know you said that the connection wasn't the problem, but I'd still include it in a vid if this happens often,
I get the issue, although not quite like that with lags often. Loads of stuff that the xbox one just doesn't seem to cope with very well.
My fps are around 40-60 you can see the errors in the top right in the video. I'll use the xbox capture tomorrow if I get the issue

Problem occurs when spectating for some odd reason.
I'm just gonna delete it its unplayable.
I found an easy solution! Uninstall the game and never look back! EA won't bother to fix the * servers and Respawn won't bother to fix the * game. All they care about is adding more skins so the best solution is to play something else.
Yo man, have you ever actually found a fix for this bs? Because i've been experiencing this for months and made me stop playing for multiple months aswell.

Nope not yet, I just moved to Europe but I don't have a TV right now so I can't check if its fixed
