Yes I understand that. Of course I take care of what I say but honestly this is not a violation if it was a chat to own friend which was our way of committing and behaving socially and being banned because it is not acceptable

Thanks you for try tag someone for help me. I will never play apex agian because i got banned as this way for just having socially on our way with my friend.

Yes what we should be in party chat or discord in one direction. But we did not think of that when it is the case that you can see that it is a friend in the lobby you are playing with also because you have this ban.

I want to hear your opinion on this whether my account can be released again or ban forever.

I will not come back to Apex at all to sweeten them if they have banned me for this with a friend in the lobby and they think it was a hateful message I will not get over it as I have played over 400 hours on origin and moved to steam using the link of steam.

One actually feels that they do not take it seriously if it is the case that they are just banning one for just one sentence in the message and they should be able to investigate that it was to my friend before banning.

Thanks for being really nice and understood my experience with this. I wish you had control over it and could see the problem relative to the other true supporters.

I have been called by my friend who played with me at that time several times and asked when I will come to apex but I can not answer when they have not shown my expiration of the ban

@ZenuserneI did read it. I responded with the only response we are capable of providing. Other than that I can add a link to the play nice policy that will explain why some of these bans are done. It does not matter if you was talking directly to a friend or a random both will be treated the same. If that 3rd hears something they do not like or finds offensive then the point stands of a violation to the Terms of Service. Please remember in the future to not talk this way into open coms you never know who is behind the pc of someone who found it offensive. EA is very strict on this policy.

Yes you are right but honestly it is violent that they are so strict about it. But now it does not help to tell me that I must in future be aware of this as it is too late now and I think I am banned forever and I will not make a new account at all after I have played more than 400 hours on this account.

Account bans are not something we can really help with here on Answers HQ. Since we don't have any way of assisting directly, I am going to lock this thread. 

As others have already mentioned, it would be up to the Terms of Service team to review the account and determine if the ban should be lifted. If they have reviewed the account and decided the ban should remain in place, I'm afraid the account will stay banned.
