in this case what happend if u open 500 more apex pack?will u still able to get wraith kunai or ... ?

    Hey @Sychopxth 

    You will get always every 500 packs a guaranteed heirloom.
    You can even get heirlooms back to back but that is extremely rare 🤔

    i just asked for help and i got told EA escalated my issue of getting bloodhounds heirloom rather than Wraiths

    @Vestrixx_ Do you have a case number for this? As I understand this isn't something that can be done, and we don't want to be setting incorrect expectations, so we'd like to take a closer look.

    @EA_David i didn't know there was a chance of getting one of 2 heirlooms in the apex packs and i spent so much money trying to get the wraith heirloom only to realise i got a bloodhound one and i had no idea this was possible if id known i wouldn't have spent over $600 on apex packs

    I had the same issue they dont care about us or how much money we spend on their game!!

    @EA_David Well this just happened to me. I got Bloodhound's Heirloom instead of Wraith's. I've spent close to $400 on the game since launch, but since I couldnt spend it before the new Heirlooms came out, I'm screwed. That's a lot of money to get an heirloom that I have no interest in.
    If it cant be fixed i can assure you I wont be spending another penny on this game.

    Ok, 500 packs is a little bit outrageous. That goes way beyond p2w, seriously change it

    @Stringer2048Well you are not winning anything except a pit of angst over how much money you spent on a * knife for wraith 😛. Seriusly im having trubble blaming ea for this moneygrab sins so many players seem willing to spend 500-600 ducking dollars for a knife skin thats not even anything special. Imma slow clap instead.

    I mean thats 5-6 full Price retail games 60 dollar games. Its the cost of a consol or ok computer, cloths for years, Food for months, a great blender or a set of really nice kitchen knifes.. for a knife skin, thats not even that special.
