Wraiths is basic AF. Bloodhounds is coolest in my opinion. I would say just get the heirloom for the legend you play the most though.
If you don't know then maybe best thing to do is to wait the next heirloom event to use, you never know which legend will get it. But if you want one of these three, it's really an hard choice lol. You have to consider Wraith's kunai is the first heirloom and has the worst inspection animation. Personally i'd choose Wraith because i main her, but if have to choose between Lifeline and Bloodhound i'd go with the Lifeline's one. I just like more the inspection and how she runs with them equipped, but that's my personal opinion.
