@iitzleer Hey there, event heirloom packs do not count towards your current amount of packs opened they have their own loot system.

There is a chance you have not remembered correctly with the pack tracker as it has to be accurate if people want a solid range. Try and go back over that from season 0 to now and see if something may have been missed. As an example some people tend to count every single pack they have ever opened. But, a lot of those packs could of been event packs that would not count towards those.
