Re: console movement suggestion and possible horizon passive fix

People don’t talk about Horizon’s passive enough. I know people that will emphasize how impactful movement is in Apex who will simultaneously downplay how Horizon’s passive gives her access to movement that’s simply not replaceable by other legends— this is doubly true on console.

Even after the nerfs, she is just too damn effective, and its all centered around that passive, which is available to her at all times with no consequences (because it’s a passive)
