Re: Dual Wielder Legend

@Zulkiers How many weapons can he/she pick up in total?

Can you fire lets say a Mozam and a Wingman at the same time or does it have to be the same guns (i.e. 2 wingmen, 2 p2020's etc)

@DrWizardo Just 2 as normal. Must be the same weapon, different mods allowed.
Essentially allows for double ammo capacity and firerate, at the cost of double reload time and move a bit slower while dual wielding - as if carrying a sniper, shotgun, or LMG, because those also slow you down greatly already.
Dual alternator would be like the Spitfire with double firerate and no backup weapon.
Also a bit less hipfire accuracy, and aiming increases accuracy but is still classified as hipfire, as you can't ADS with them in dual mode.
  • I'm unsure how it would work with peaking. I mean let's say you dual fire wingmen or mozams, with skullpiercer or hammer points that is extremely scary. 198 headshot wingmen or 100+ bodyshot with mozams.

Also it can be very high dps whe spamming p2020, RE45 or Alternator. Especially if Disruptor Rounds make it back.

But I guess you could make it a skill use, like you can only do it for this long or what ever. Not shure how to solve that massive of an increase.

@DrWizardo The reload is the killer. All it really is is already having your second weapon out so you don't have to swap mid battle.
I myself have trouble swapping weapons or reloading mid fight, when I'm out of ammo I'm dead meat.
That's why I primarily use L-star, or fight at range with snipers.
But this gives more use to light weaponry and can let some people actually make a down/kill before becoming target practice completely.
Like I said the reload is killer, so slow, because you're reloading two instead of one.
  • @Zulkiers We'll see 🙂 From what I've seen on youtube there were bugs with dual weapons and even experimentation with akimbo weapons. So it shouldn't be that hard to implement.

Personally I stay as far away from the L-Star as I can. Mind your cover for reloads, and if you're on controller you can spam some movement stuff while reloading since you're not aiming at the time.

@DrWizardo I prime L-star because if ya pulse it, you have as much ammo in it as in your inventory. No reloads necessary. Snipers because I'm best at sniping and normally dead in close range.
Other close range encounter reasons for why I'm dead: I freak out, throw all my ammo at them, and run out of ammo stat. L-star useful there because I run with 180-240 ammo on average, instead of the 50 or so the Spitfire is limited to.
Mozambique is fun, but I can normally get only one hit from its mag.
P2020 seems to be useful, but I've never made a down with it.
I can only make 1 or two hits with a mag from the Wingman.
Sniping I can make half the mag in hits with the Longbow, a few hits with Sentinel, a few grazes with the Charge Rifle but rarely the final hit. I don't get the Kraber that often but it's fun to use.
301 has great accuracy, easy to use, but runs out of ammo real fast.
Flatline is practically trash for me. Can't hit the broadside of a barn with it. I'm like a stormtrooper when I use Flatline.
    L-star is my savior.
