Waiting on player means the advisor responded and is waiting for a response from the player that submitted the case.

    I pasted the EA Help email in my comment above. Do you know what they are asking me? It seems to me that no reply is required. What am I supposed to do?

    It just sounds like they want you to contact them again after some time with the same information. It appears they were having a technical issue and couldn't help at the time.

    How should players respond to customer service? I can’t find an option to reply to customer service at all, and I haven’t received any customer service messages.
