    Still getting nothing but automated ignoring replies, but i'm not going to stop making tickets, hopefully one day soon someone will take a second out of their day to actually address my problem

  • I'm also banned and gave submitted multiple tickets with no response, there is no live chat option or number to call and its very frustrating. Haven't played APEX or battlefield in years and suddenly when I try to play again i have an active ban? Makes absolutely no sense and I cant find help anywhere.

    @espadakillar69I love EA support. They were very helpful when I had issues re-linking my account when I had and was able to get it fixed. They are the best!

    We absolutely cannot assist with account-related issues on the forums, as has been pointed out a number of times here already.

    As these are public boards we won't be able to discuss or make changes to any account details here.

    In the case of an account ban or suspension that you feel was unwarranted, our Terms of Service team will be the only ones able to review our records of what took place and take another look to see whether the action was applied incorrectly.

    In other situations where multiple appeals have already been submitted and our ToS team has declined to remove the penalty, that will be final and not something that can be changed here.
