- DarthValtrex5 years agoHero (Retired)@K1llamachine I you might try and free up space on your xbox. If you have a bunch of old captures that you can remove or something. I don't know if that will fix it though.

- DarthValtrex5 years agoHero (Retired)@K1llamachine I try to keep my captures on Xbox live and then delete them from my xbox once they are uploaded. It keeps the space on your xbox free and games tend to run better.
If you've filled up your xbox live account you might consider one of the media platforms like youtube or something to keep your clips. You don't have to make them public either, when you upload them to youtube you can select to keep the video private. If you want to share the private video with just friends you can do that as well.. - @DarthValtrex Erased all but 50 captures, deleted 500 or so. Still having the same results

Do you have Apex Legends installed on an external drive, or is it installed on the hard drive built into your Xbox?/Kent

Got it, thanks! Usually uninstalling and reinstalling the game will do the trick for this issue. I'm wondering if there might be something else in the game's save data that's corrupted or missing. Can you try this for me as well?
1. Highlight Apex Legends in your Xbox dashboard and hit the Menu button on your controller
2. Select Manage Games & Add-ons
3. Go down to Saved Data
4. Select the data for your Gamertag
5. Choose Delete from Everywhere
This will clear the save data for Apex Legends on your console and Xbox cloud storage. You won't lose any game progress from doing this since it's all saved on the servers, but your in-game settings will return to the default.

- @EA_Kent I apologize for not mentioning that I have indeed tried this as well. I went as far as deleting mine and the other two profiles that are on my xboxes saved data. Same issue. Sorry

Hey @K1llamachine,
Apologies for the delayed reply on this. This error usually points to something in the local files, so I'm not sure if starting a new EA Account would help. There is something else I'm really curious about though. What happens if you try logging into Apex Legends through a different Gamertag on your Xbox? Do you still get that same error, or is it only happening on this specific account?

Got it, thanks! Can we try clearing out the save data for Apex Legends on your account to see if that makes any difference at all? You won't lose any in-game progress since that's saved on our servers, but your local settings might be reset to the default. To delete the files follow the steps below:
1. Highlight Apex Legends on your Xbox Dashboard and press the menu button on your controller2. Select Manage Games & Add-ons
3. Scroll down to Saved Data and choose your Xbox Gamertag
4. Select Delete Everywhere (this will clear the save data from local and cloud storage)
