@EA_Blueberry I like the idea of "Rent" the custome for event, instead of owning it,
since Halloween custome only make sense on Halloween event, and once the event is over, you don't wear Halloween custome anymore.
@asukojo If one wants to be technical we are pretty much "renting" everything in this game. When the game finally does see it's end so will you, me and everyone else on all the items we paid for. But I digress on the matter and back to what you really mean. I would have to agree with that because it sets a middle ground that is compromising and fair. A dollar or two for the holiday event and it disappears when it's done. Also there could be an option if one ends up liking the costume they can pay the rest if they so choose.
Agree, Just like leasing car, you rent for 3 years then you can decide to buy it after the lease end.
So $170 for all skins/items and lifelines heirloom?
Way cheaper than before when they charged you to buy the heirloom. I'll take it.

Are you seriously trying to say $170 (which for that cost will get you 2 or 3 brand new titles) is justifiable for one temporary holiday season event?
@apostolateofDOOM People that spend that type of money are whales. They do not care because they obviously have enough currency to use. Most people will never spend that amount for the fact of how much it is. Either one would really want all the items for a melee weapon or have money to burn. It really depends on the person. I just buy items here and there that catch my eye. I myself would not spend the amount, as a melee weapon doesn't really do it for me.
@ColdHours I understand but after IC when you see posts such as ''Our goal has not been to squeeze every last dime out of our players'' but the following seasonal event excludes the majority of players with unfair prices again and continue hunting the whales which mirrors the event that caused so much controversy, the apology from Vince Zampella after the reddit reaction of wanting to have an open, healthy relationship with our community doesn't hold much water.
With trick or treat season it feels more like the former than the latter.
@iBlockHeadLifelines heirloom isn't free, it's a locked item behind a paywall and while it is slightly cheaper than 18900 for bloodhounds the additional cost of 2 extra packs it's still 16800 which doesn't sound like a great deal to me or much of an improvement compared to last time.
