@hayhor the ping for New York might be +5 to 10ms higher but the connection is constant. I have stated before; this is the issue when you just go by the lowest ping. There is no indicator for crowded servers. If the client is shoving everyone into the St. Louis server because of low ping, it is like cramming 40 people into a closet. Some days it even attempts to place me in Iowa, and that is even further away from my geo location. I tested the game (months ago) using London and I assume they mean UK not Canada. London was +100ms and it was still a better connection than St. Louis.

@Xubunnytwo Living in Canada, NY has always been the lowest ping for me, apart from a few seasons ago when the NY server just wasn't available, no clue as to why. That being said, I typically change between the NY server, Iowa, or even Dallas. Sometimes Iowa is just smoother than others, and if playing rank, I try to avoid Dallas because of the lower player count in P1, I always go up against preds or masters on that damn server.

@Xubunnytwo I was with you until you said London is better than st Louis. I play on both servers regularly as my main apex friend in on London servers. While I can play well on those servers, st Louis and it's low ping are a noticeable upgrade for me.

@Gabrielmojo26 A lot of pros live in Texas.
