If you are in States (USA):

1. Walmart 

2. Target

3. Amazon

4. Best Buy.

I find little challenge :

1. Amazon available after Nov 7

2 Target     : many store doesn't have it, limited stock .

3.Best buy : many store doesn't have it, limited stock .

4. Walmart: Available, I went there and see only 2 for each version. Bought 1, the lifeline version.

So check online first to find out if they're available in store near your home, make sure you buy correct version (XBOX, PS4, Origin) then go there to buy it or pick up in store.
