I don't even bother reporting cheaters or getting the "video proof" EA wants... It doesn't matter... The game is F2P so they will just make a new account and keep on cheating so why waste the time making a video. IP bans mean nothing as most IPs are dynamic now. Hardware ID bans also don't work as many cheaters spoof their IDs, and you can also manipulate them.
The main issue with such games is too much is being sent to the client such as positions of other players which allows these cheats to work, but sadly such a game wouldn't work 100% server side anyhow. Too much information would need to be processed and not enough time.
At the end of the day this is a losing battle. The game is awesome but ruined from cheaters. At least with a game that costs money to buy there is an element of financial inconvenience.
