Re: Heirloom Refund

Could I get at least an exchange for the heirloom. I've been holding on to the shards for a while and my brother decided to buy a heirloom we still hadnt agreed on.

Unfortunately it's not possible to refund or exchange heirlooms, no. I can only recommend that you stop sharing your account, as doing so is against our terms of use.

Oh....we live in the same house and use the same console. Good to know though
