I cant play apex legends on my xbox one for no reason

I can't play apex for no reason and they banned me for no reason please apex

    If you believe the action was placed on your account incorrectly, please create a new appeal here and our Terms of Service team will take another look at the situation for you.

    Once they've completed their investigation they will reach back out via email, so please keep an eye out for that to show up.

@deondrelove21 Have a quick Google and you can get the details for the appeals team. It's also mentioned in this forum too.
Submit an appeal and that's all you can really do.
Nobody in here has the ability to lift your ban sadly. Can only signpost you in the right direction.
